INSTRUCTIONS: Fill out the form below using accurate, reasonable information. "REAL NAME" must be your actual real name. "Display Name" is what we show to other users and may not be your first name, though it may be your first and last name, which is what you should use(*). "Display Name" may also contain spaces, so if you're going to use your real name, you don't have to jam all the letters together, making the name hard to read. Upon completing the form, you will receive an email (from ax84.com) which will have instructions on the next steps (confirming your account and getting it approved)

HOW TO GET YOUR APPLICATION REJECTED: Using your first name only for your display name will get your application rejected. Despite posting this clearly, people still sign up with "Bill" or "George" or "Eduardo" as their display name and get their application rejected as a result. Failing to supply your real name where requester or otherwise complete the form with reasonable information is another way to get your application rejected.

PRIVACY POLICY: We don't display anything except your display name to other users. We don't sell your information.

ABOUNT SPAM FILTERS: If you don't receive our email, contact whomever it is that supports your email and make sure that something isn't blocking mail from ax84.com .

(*) If you absolutely must have an alias, please make it reasonable. A real-looking full name is preferred. As noted above, we may reject your application for any reason- having an unreasonable or goofy display name is a good way to be rejected.
