Brian, OK. I'll give it a go. I can start small. What I don't want is to have people thinking they are buying Ikea furniture. I think I will have to show instructions for finishing this that show using a drill and clamps and rounding off the corners with a block plane.
I have a design where I can stock boards cut to even inch lengths (8, 10, 12,..20) and people can buy two of each size and they will interlock. All are 9.5 inches wide, exactly. Or I might cut them slightly oversize to give the chassis a loser fit.
I've not yet figured out how to handle the front baffle for combo cabinets. The speakers are all different size. I think it would have to be custom work, not shipped from stock.
