How about just a voltage divider on the 12VAC feeding the 12k5s? They using the CT for power and ground and common.
No, you never use a potential divider for power applications, only for voltage applications. You need to tell us exactly what valves you're using, or which you intend to use, and how many! Then we can devise a solution. This will inevitably consist of a series/parallel combination of heaters running either from a voltage regulator, or from a current regulator (which you can make from a voltage regulator). If you're still experimenting with the circuit then you probably should just buy a regulated multi-adapter and use that until you have finalised what tubes you want to use. |
