Maybe go with the Comanchero if the 80s 90s thing isn't what you are after. I have both and the Comanchero will give you a more vintage leaning vibe. They are all great sounding amps but like most things musical tastes are subjective. If you are an inexperienced builder I would build the P1 or P1x so you could then up gain to the HO or SEL. No matter what you will end up with a nice sounding versatile amp. As far as your list of parts goes you are well over spec and those are high quality components so no real issues. If price is a major concern then you could do better by down grading components to more basic and closer to spec ones. |
