Hi Dean, I drew up a couple of different approaches to dealing with the tremolo vis a vis the volume control move. I think either will work but haven't gone to the trouble of simulating or prototyping either, so ymmv, etc. I didn't show any changes to the intensity control in either. It's possible that the stock intensity values may be fine for the move to the power tube grid (p.1). For the other you may want tone down the intensity to suit your tastes. I noted the addition of the stage one bypass cap and selected a value, but it's likely you'll want to adjust the shelf filter to suit your idea of good tone as well. Back of the napkin calculations suggest that halving the value of R13 was about right, but you may want experiment with different values as well.
