The PSU is a bit under-filtered by modern standards. Corner frequency for screen node is 3.4 Hz, only 10.6 Hz for node E.
I don't know what the voltage differential is that you are hoping for between plate and screen, but KT-88s are often run with screens well below the plate, especially for high plate voltages.
