FF pre is based on marshall pre with boost. Not gonna get much "marshall" sound with EL34 without a PI. Need it to drive EL34 and PI distortion is part of the fun. Search for Zambo's pseudo PI he used on his SE trainwreck. 47k Rp and 22k Rk unbypassed IIRC. Add as another stg between pre and output stg. You may not need the boost with this. |
