(Iain) Yeah, wiring heaters really is the most suck-full part of the whole process. With cutting square-ish holes for IEC sockets, square body switches, etc a close second. I don't actually mind the rest of the chassis building part too much, though. Doesn't require too much skull-sweat, just a mildly recreational mechanical chore. Though often one that I'm glad when it's done.
